These sessions are informed by my experience as a birthworker, educator, and facilitator of prenatal circles, and follow a thoughtful, curriculum-based approach. Topics may include what to expect during labour, navigating the healthcare system, preparing for postpartum, and infant feeding.

Sessions are offered one-on-one or in small group settings, creating space for both learning and connection.

  • Abortion Support (Free Service)

I offer free, non-judgmental support for individuals accessing abortion care within the Edmonton area.

Due to clinic policies, in-person support during appointments may not be permitted. I can provide transportation to and from your appointment, help coordinate a safe ride home, and offer emotional support before and after your visit.

My role is to ensure you feel supported, respected, and not alone during this experience.

This is a non-medical support service and does not replace care from your healthcare provider. Availability may be limited based on schedule.
